Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
House adopt the 3d Conference Committee report, thus adopting CCS              
SB 101(3d CC), and recommended that the members vote yes.                      
                                                                               
Representative Berkowitz objected.                                             
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall the House adopt the 3d Conference
