The report was signed by Representatives Porter (Chair), Mulder, and Berkowitz; and Senators Pearce (Chair), Pete Kelly, and Elton. The following fiscal notes apply to CCS SB 101(3d CC): Zero fiscal note, 3d Conference Committee/Dept. of Environmental Conservation, 2/23/00 Zero fiscal note, 3d Conference Committee/Dept. of Military & Veterans Affairs, 2/23/00 The report was received in the Chief Clerk's office at 11:15 a.m., February 21, 2000. **The presence of Representative Mulder was noted. Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the House adopt the 3d Conference Committee report, thus adopting CCS SB 101(3d CC), and recommended that the members vote yes. Representative Berkowitz objected. The question being: "Shall the House adopt the 3d Conference Committee report?" Representative Kott gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on CCS SB 101(3d CC)(fld H).
